Eduardo Mariotti
Eduardo Mariotti is a Franco-Brazilian lawyer. Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2015, he specializes in general criminal law and business criminal law. Whether representing victims or defendants, he participates in all stages of criminal proceedings (custody, immediate appearance, judicial inquiry) and appears before all punitive courts (Tribunal de police, Tribunal correctionnel, Cour criminelle départementale, Cour d’assises).
Before joining the firm, he worked for over 5 years with the prestigious firm of Pierre Cornut-Gentille, where he gained extensive experience in business criminal law, handling numerous high-profile political and financial cases (money laundering, abuse of trust, fraud). He has also worked in a criminal law firm in São Paulo, particularly on national corruption cases. Eduardo holds a Master's in Criminal Law and Criminology from Paris Ouest La Défense University and a Master II in International and Comparative Law from Toulouse I Capitole University. He is fluent in English and Portuguese and also speaks Spanish and Italian. The firm, which serves an international clientele, is listed among the criminal lawyers recognized by the Brazilian Embassy.
Elsa Mora
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2022, Elsa Mora practices general criminal law and business criminal law. She is dedicated to defending both perpetrators and victims at all stages of the process (complaint, free hearing or custody, judicial inquiry, trial, sentence modification) and appears before all courts (Tribunal de police, Tribunal correctionnel, Cour d’assises, Cour criminelle départementale).
She has also developed expertise in family law in the context of contentious separations and in personal injury law (civil interest proceedings or before the Victim Compensation Commission). Her practice takes her to argue regularly across the country.
A graduate of the Magistère Juriste d’Affaires from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), Elsa Mora joined the firm as an associate in 2023. Previously, she worked for over two years with a renowned firm specializing in domestic and sexual violence (rape, sexual assault, murder/assassination of a partner). She was also trained by the prestigious law firms KIEJMAN & MAREMBERT, HUC-MOREL LABROUSSE, and MARIOTTI & BABONNEAU, where she handled technical political and financial cases as well as emergency criminal and assize cases. Finally, her experience with sentencing judges at the Meaux Judicial Court enables her to understand magistrates' expectations in this field. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
